Mr. Parker is an associate with Smith, Hannan, Parker, and Bowden. He is a 2012 graduate of Lowndes High School. 

 

In 2017, Mr. Parker graduated from Valdosta State University with a B.A. in Finance. While attending Valdosta State University, he held the positions of president and treasurer of Kappa Alpha Order Fraternity Delta Rho Chapter. After graduating from Valdosta State University, Mr. Parker attended Appalachian School of Law where he received his J.D. and an L.L.M.  degree in general legal studies. While there, he served as treasurer for the Student Bar Association and was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and Valdosta Bar Association. 

 

Mr. Parker is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Georgia. He has represented clients in lawsuits arising from automobile accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, property damage, and business disputes. Mr. Parker has now expanded into a general practice advocating for clients in civil litigation, criminal and domestic matters, real estate transactions, and estate planning. 

 

Mr. Parker has been married to his wife, Madison, since 2023. They are members of Park Avenue Methodist Church. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golf, hunting, and fishing in his spare time.
